PHYLLIS WORTHY DAWKINS has been appointed provost and vice president for academic affairs at Bennett College. She was vice president for academic affairs at Cheyney University. Dawkins received a bachelors from Johnson C. Smith University, a masters from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from The Ohio State University.

BAISHAKHI TAYLOR has been named dean of students at Middlebury College in Vermont. She was associate dean of the Trinity College of Arts and Sciences at Duke University. Taylor holds a masters from the University of Northern Iowa and a doctorate from the University of Kentucky.

ANGELA FELECIA EPPS has been named dean of the Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law, effective January 4. She is a professor of law at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Epps earned bachelors degrees from Cornell College in Iowa and a juris doctor from Creighton University in Nebraska.

RICHANNE C. MANKEY has been appointed president of Defiance College in Ohio, effective January 11. Mankey is vice president for institutional advancement at Daemen College in New York. She earned a bachelor's from Ohio Northern University, a master's from the University of Dayton and a doctorate from Teachers College at Columbia University.

CONSTANCE MALLETTE has been named associate vice chancellor for financial planning and budget at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU). She was director of business information systems at North Carolina Central University. …
