Few places fire the world's imagination like the City of Light, immortalized in film by "Casablanca's" famous line, "We'll always have Paris."

Woody Allen's "Midnight in Paris" opens with a threeminute ode to the capital, before Owen Wilson's character enthuses, "This is unbelievable, there's no city like this in the world."

Shooting in Paris has been progressively facilitated since the launch of the Paris Film Office in 2002. Today, the city hosts 50% of all French films, with an average of 10 shoots per day.

Locations actively lobby to attract film productions to extend their global reach.

The Louvre was one of the pioneers, starting with "The Da Vinci Code" in 2005. Shoots in the museum in 2015 included Eric Rochant's spy series "The Bureau" and

EuropaCorp's "The Lake."

An unidentifed Warner Bros, feature is slated for 2016. …
