Two separate snitches swear, and property records suggest, it was super-producer Roy Lee ("The Departed," "The I .ego Movie") who shelled out close to $2.5 million for a brand-spanking new, spec-built, five-bedroom and 5.5-bathroom contemporary on a briskly gentrifying block in the up-and-coming border 'hood between Hollywood and its ritzier neighbor to the south, Hancock Park.
