Reid Carolin, writer and producer of the bawdy "Magic Mike" film franchise, has his privately sited Mediterranean residence in the hills between Hollywood's Beachwood and Bronson canyons up for sale at a sliver less than $3 million. Carolin, who executive produced 2014 blockbuster "22 Jump Street" and 2013 action-thriller "White House Down," purchased the property just over three years ago for $2.3 million. Listing details show that the thoughtfully upgraded and tastefully turned out 1920s residence encompasses three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms in not quite 2,600 square feet, with nary a man-thong or stripper pole in sight.
