"South Park" co-creator Trey Parker was hit with the lucky stick when he sold a contemporary residence along the scenic canals in Venice, Calif., after just three weeks on the open market. The sale price was $4.3 million - considerably above the $3.97 million asking price.

Property records indicate, and realestate yenta Yolanda Yakketyyak swears on her antique-glass figurine collection, that the taboo-skewering animation creator bought the property via trust in 2010 for $3-25 million.

The boxy, stone-clad residence was completed in 2010, just before Parker's purchase, and measures just shy of 3,300 square feet over three floors, with four bedrooms and 4.5 baths. A tile-floored open-concept living room/dining room/ kitchen on the ground level is anchored by a stone fireplace and opens through ceiling-height glass doors to a canal-side terrace with built-in grilling station. There's a second fireplace in the master bedroom, which also features a trio of French doors that open to Juliet balconies.
