Don't expect a white Christmas, but plenty of Los Angeles-area activities can help stoke the holiday spirit. The city's first snowtubing hill, Snow Day LA, is coming to Elysian Park near Dodger Stadium. And outdoor ice-skating rinks are popping up all over - from Ice at Santa Monica to Pershing Square's Holiday Ice Rink to L.A. Kings Holiday Ice at L.A. Live. Chill at the Queen Mary has skating, tubing, sledding, and sleigh rides. And just re-opened after a long hiatus, Santa's Village, near Lake Arrowhead, is a kitschy winter wonderland replete with skating pond and train ride. It's just far enough into the mountains that real snow could be a possibility.
