6-9: Los Angeles (UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center). "The conference for people who code for libraries," Code4Lib, brings together attendees from around the world to discuss open technologies in libraries, archives, and museums. There will be preconference workshops, a newcomer dinner, and birds-of-a-feather hangouts (for informal hackfests or meetings) in addition to the 3-day conference.

Researchers, developers, and industrials in the information systems field will gather at ICIST'2017 (the 7th International Conference on Information Systems and Technologies) to report on progress made in the methodologies, technologies, planning and implementation, and tools and standards of information systems.
