DR. JEROME H. BLUE has been appointed interim vice president for research, governmental and corporate relations at New York City College of Technology at the City University of New York (CUNY). He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont, a master's from Northeastern University in Boston, and a doctorate from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

DR. NICOLE BRADFORD has been named director of the newly established Aggie Honor System Office at Texas A&M University. Previously, Bradford was a staff member at Prairie View A&M University. Bradford earned her bachelor's and master's degree from Grambling University and her doctorate from Texas Southern University.

DR. O. DARRYL BUTLER is the new vice president of student affairs at South Carolina State University. Butler comes to the university from New Jersey City University where he was director of auxiliary services. He earned a bachelor's degree from East Tennessee State University, a master's degree and a doctorate in higher education research and policy, both from Seton Hall University.

DR. CHERYL EASLEY is the new dean and professor in the college of health and social welfare at the University of Alaska-Anchorage. …
