The Cleveland Pro Chapter presented "An Evening with Ayad Rahim: The Story of How One Clevelander Reports and Comments Upon Developments in Iraq Without a Passport."

Rahim is a London-born writer and freelance journalist. he is an Iraqi national and U.S. citizen since 1983. Rahim has done extensive research and written on Iraq and related topics for publications around the world, from his current base in Cleveland.

The event was part of Cleveland SPJ's on-going series, "Two Hours of Good Talk."

The Lake Superior Arrowhead Chapter held a panel discussion on open records laws. Representatives from the City of Duluth, the Duluth School District, the Duluth Police Department, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office and a First Amendment attorney were scheduled to speak at the event.
