DENNIS COUSIN has been named the new director of athletics and recreation at Xavier University of Louisiana. Previously, he served as a basketball official with the Louisiana High School Athletic Association and the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference. Cousin received a bachelor's and a master's from Southern University in Baton Rouge, La.

ROBERT "TONY" O'NEAL has been named the new director of Intercollegiate Athletics at Savannah State University in Georgia. Prior to coming to SSU, he was the associate athletic director at BethuneCookman College in Daytona Beach, FIa. O'Neal earned a bachelor's from Central State University in Ohio.

DR. KEVIN A. ROLLE has been named vice president for student affairs at South Carolina State University. Previously, he was at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore as the associate vice president for institutional advancement, chief development officer and instructor in the organizational leadership degree program. He earned a bachelor's and a master's from Southern University, and a doctorate from Colorado State University.
