Companies can now sell themselves to passive job seekers on the go with in-flight recruitment shows. Produced by Careers Live, the videos give businesses access to a largely untapped source of executives and top employees who are often on planes traveling from client to client.

In two-minute conversational vignettes, CEOs can present the advantages and benefits of their companies to about 1.2 million viewers in one month.

After airing one of its productions, Cisco Systems received more than 100 visits to a small Web site accessed from the main site, created specifically for executives. From those inquiries, Cisco invited 10 people to interviews.
