RICK BEASLEY has been named assistant to the president for equity and diversity issues at Southeast Missouri State University. Previously, he served as director of the Missouri Division of Workforce Development. Beasley earned a bachelor's from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo., and a master's from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

HELEN BISHOP JENKINS has been named vice president and associate dean of academic administration at South Texas College of Law in Houston. Jenkins received her bachelor's from Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, a master's from Howard University and a law degree from the University of Houston.

MORRIS F. JOHNSON III has been named president of St. Louis Community College's Forest Park campus. Most recently he served as vice president for student development services at Phoenix College. Johnson earned a bachelor's from Dubuque University and a master's from the University of Iowa.

DR. GARY MAY is the new Steve W. Chaddick chair for the school of electrical and computer engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Most recently, he served as executive assistant to the president at Georgia Tech. …
