DELIA G. ANDERSON has been named dean of institutional advancement at Philander Smith College. Previously, she served as director of alumni affairs, UNCF and donor relations at the college. Anderson earned a bachelor's from Philander Smith College and a master's from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

ANDRÉ GREEN has been named admissions coordinator for multicultural recruitment at Central Missouri State University. Currently, he is enrolled in the college student personnel administration/higher education master's program at Central Missouri State. Green received his bachelor's from Florida State University.

BECKY PETTITT has been named assistant vice president for diversity in the office of institutional assessment and diversity at Texas A&M University. Previously she was director of organizational development and diversity and associate director of the Institute of Scientific Computation at the university. Petitt earned a bachelor's from Sam Houston State University and a master's from Texas A&M.

DR. JOSEPH SEABROOKS JR. has been named assistant vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. …
