Looking at the computer all day can make eyes sore. Try these tips to find relief from the CPU blues.

* Force your eyes to focus on something other than the computer screen. Experts suggest holding your finger a few inches in front of your face and focusing on it as you slowly move it farther away. Look as something in the distance, and then back to the finger again. Try focusing on an object more than eight feet away from you. Do this several times a day.

* Move around every two hours. Lean back in your chair and close your eyes. Try to take a five-minute break from your computer once an hour. You can do it! Just answer phones, shuffle papers. Pull yourself away from the screen.

* Don't forget to blink. Sitting at the computer can make you blink less than normal, making your eyes dry. …
