Everything I ever needed to know about work/life balance, I learned from the smart moms I've met at the sandbox, sample sales and staff meetings. That's why I love including the personal opinions, mommy wisdom and job advice of many of you working mothers in our magazine. So why don't we keep this "community college" of ours going? Be proud of who you are. I strongly believe that I am more effective in my work, which involves targeting the fast-growing Hispanic market, because I embrace my heritage and my culture.
