According to the announcement, the conference aims to keep attendees upto-date with the latest trends in the information field. 28-Nov. 2: Charlotte, N.C. (Westin Charlotte). The American Society for Information Science and Technology (ASIST) will host its 2005 Annual Meeting, which is themed Sparking Synergies: Bringing Research and Practice Together. The second International Conference on Knowledge Management (ICKM2005) will be held Oct. 27-28 in conjunction with the meeting.
