The new solution sustains and advances the development of delegates attending TACK's specialist training courses through a subsequent bespoke programme of one to one mentoring designed to put into practice and instill the skills gained from the course.

This first-in-market service is designed to combat the incidence of improvement decay experienced by growing numbers of delegates who attend traditional training courses each year, and further increase their productivity.
