As for the major thought each day--it's one of pride to be working with a first-class team of professionals on a great project. As for an assumption-- because I'm dealing with all new technology, the day will be full of surprises. As for a goal--it's to make some progress toward the next major milestone in a project: extending the HRMS system to a wider user community is just around the corner, bringing an opportunity to apply technology to a number of HR issues.
