It's impossible to talk about agents of change in the field of work/life without mentioning the name of the late , Chris Kjeldsen, who arguably set the standard throughout corporate America for programs that help families balance work and home. Two years after his death at the age of 59, his extraordinary legacy continues. Chris ' joined the health products giant in 1968. Two decades later, he headed a task force on dependent care-an issue then hardly acknowledged in the workplace, let alone acted upon.
