Online Training Available for Chairpersons and Administrators of Catholic Education Boards, Commissions and Councils

The National Association of Boards, Commissions and Councils of Catholic Education (NABCCCE), in partnership with the University of Dayton's Institute for Pastoral Initiatives, has designed a series of webinars, or online seminars, to provide the tools and information that board chairpersons and administrators need to be more effective, mission-oriented leaders.

Each course is on a single topic and runs three weeks online. It is asynchronous learning (not in real time). Participants can log in and work whenever they want during the thee weeks that each course is offered. Each Webinar guides participants through a series of readings, written exercises, activities, discussion boards and practical board application experiences. The sessions are designed to allow people with busy schedules to participate in training.

Skilled facilitators from both organizations will guide participants through the course.

The sessions are available to any board chairperson, vice chairperson, school administrator, pastor, superintendent, committee chairperson or key leader. They may be most effective for a team of three to participate from the same school so a special discount is offered for such teams. …
