Maintaining pole position, Jurassic World pulled in 10.89 million admissions for the week June 15-21, according to EntGroup figures, and has grossed a mighty $167.84m after 12 days.

Directed by Soi Cheang and starring Tony Jaa, Louis Koo and Wu Jing, SPL2 pulled in 7.29 million admissions over the week for second place in the chart. A loose sequel to 2005 action drama SPL, the film follows an undercover Hong Kong cop who ends up in a Thai prison, and a local prison guard who agrees to help him escape in return for saving his daughter's life.

Warner Bros/New Line's San Andreas took third position over the week, with $12.51m for a cumulative gross of $94.38m after 20 days. It was followed by two openers - Insurgent, which came in fourth with $9.14m and Xiao Yang's The Ark Of Mr Chow, a satirical take on the Chinese education system, which came in fifth with $4. …
