A record 92 countries have submitted films for consideration to the foreign-language film category of the 90th Academy Awards.

A record 92 countries have submitted films for consideration to the foreign-language film category of the 90th Academy Awards.

First-time entrants include Haiti, Honduras, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Mozambique, Senegal and Syria.

The submissions for this year’s Academy Awards are:
