Luxe Revamp for 1894 Tribeca Building

A historic Manhattan building under wraps for years is finally getting a coming-out party. Condo sales are under way for 108 Leonard, the landmark Tri- beca building constructed in 1894 by McKim, Mead & White. SLCE architects and Jeffrey Beers Intl. have incorporated 10- to 14-foot ceilings, architectural windows and lighted gallery walls. Also included: a 75-foot lap pool and rooftop sundeck.
