Biggest change in the business?

I have to do more than acquire; I need to be good at many things. On the company side, we now buy projects earlier, are more involved in production because the worst thing you can do is make a movie for more than it can be sold for. Also, we are producing content ourselves and are now very active on the financing side, finding production funds.

Cannes routine?

I do the shopping. At the beginning, I eye everything in the shops. And because we have the 12% V.A.T. tax refund [which makes things so much cheaper], I buy one bag a year in Cannes. …
