Apple Bites Into L.A.'s Historic Core for Store

Many of Apple's flagship stores are enclosed In giant glass boxes, but the company's planned downtown Los Angeles location will have a more classic feel. Apple has leased the Tower Theater, built In 1927, for an expansive new store that will Incorporate educational and event spaces as well as a retail area. Designed by S.
