Moving to a new office space can be stressful, with so much that can go wrong everything from failed negotiations with the building owner to problems with the movers. The article's author details four big mistakes that can be avoided when relocating to new office digs.

NOT CHOOSING THE RIGHT TYPE OF BUILDING.

In general, large office buildings will have a structured leasing process and a dedicated property management office. Additionally, they may have onsite building maintenance teams that can fix minor issues and/or provide cleaning services. Such buildings, though, are usually pricier per square foot and have more security and insurance requirements. Small buildings generally have fewer amenities, but their prices per square foot are lower and there are fewer requirements.
