Monica Lewinsky turned down offers to review HILLARY CLINTON'S book and has even avoided reading excerpts leaked to the press.

Her spokeswoman, BARBARA HUTSON, said the former White House intern would not comment on the book and she had rebuffed offers to review it.

"It's her choice, she just doesn't want to do it," Hutson told the New York Daily News.

Meanwhile Hillary Clinton was insisting that there is more to her 562-page memoir than President Bill Clinton's sexual indiscretions.

"This is a book about my whole life," she said. "It is not a book about a few hours or a few days or a few months."

Keen photographer PENELOPE CRUZ recently had some of her pictures of fellow actress and Frida star SALMA HAYEK published in Interview magazine.

"I had a lot of fun photographing her because we are both very bossy," she told Newsweek magazine. "But I had to give the orders. I told her, `Today you have to do what I say'."

Cruz, who has been taking pictures for seven years, added: "I'm very stubborn. …
