Boxing: Lewis to Walk Tall in Land of Giants

Lennox Lewis believes he will win the clash of the titans and retain his world crown in Los Angeles tonight.

The 37-year-old faces Ukrainian giant Vitali Klitschko in the heaviest heavyweight title fight in history when he puts his World Boxing Council belt up for grabs at the Staples Centre.

Lewis steps into the ring weighing a mammoth 18st 4lb, his heaviest ever, while Klitschko has also beefed up to 17st 10lb for his crack at title glory.

"Klitschko will have to pull something out of the ordinary to beat me and I don't think he can do that," said 6ft 5in Lewis who will contest the 18th championship fight of his career.

"I'm tried and tested and ready for this fight. I've had to adjust because Klitschko is taller than me but I've always liked fighting the bigger guys.

"I don't think he will be able to cope with the kind of pressure I'm going to put him under. He won't have experienced it before during his career. …
