Consultant Stuart Sees His Future in the Region

In a key appointment, Stuart Smith, 33, has joined Newcastle-based strategy and change management consultancy woodholmes.ksa.

This is Stuart's first job back in his native North East since leaving the region to study for a masters degree at the Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine in the early 1990s.

His appointment underlines woodholmes.ksa's development as a business capable of attracting talent and competing at a national and international level.

Stuart said: "I moved back to Sunderland from London with the birth of our second child and I was commuting to London from Sunderland for a while but that proved too onerous. I saw an advertisement by woodholmes.ksa and was impressed by the company's description of itself as focused on helping customers grapple with strategic issues and enabling the organisational change that inevitably results."
