Chelsea winger Jesper Gronkjaer insisted today he feels at home among the enormous pool of talent assembled by Roman Abramovich's millions.

The Danish international, who joined the Blues in 2000, watched as an influx of star names flooded into Stamford Bridge over the summer, including fellow attacking midfielders Joe Cole, Damien Duff and Geremi.

But Gronkjaer, who played against England last Sunday, is certain the team ethic supersedes individual brilliance as Chelsea renew their assault on the Barclaycard Premiership title at Southampton tomorrow.

He said: "All the new signings are just names and we have to perform as a team.

"The players know if you can't handle the situation you have to move on.

"I am happy though. I want to win things and it is an opportunity I don't want to let slip away. I want to be part of it."
