Property consultants Keith Pattinson has relaunched its website to provide buyers, sellers and anyone interested in property with up-to-the-minute information about the market.

Managing director Justin Amin said: "We have developed an internet-based system, which means that all our branches use the same database as the internet system so all new properties, changes and other information is shown immediately on our website.

This gives us more flexibility and means we can offer a much higher quality, up-to-the-minute service to our clients."

The site gives people thinking of selling their home the chance to feed in information about the property to find out how many possible buyers the estate agent has on its books. It also gives home owners a free valuation of their property and shows properties available through Keith Pattinson branches, which are throughout the North-East.
