A former military engineer and paratrooper has landed the perfect business opportunity and has set up his own business.

He believes he has found a niche to help local landlords, homeowners and tenants in the North East housing market.

Having thoroughly researched the residential and commercial rental market for more than seven years, 34-year-old Jim Latimer has set up his base at the TEDCO Business Centre in South Shields.
