Dear K.S. When you enter the Property Appraiser search page (www.coj.net), you'll get a summary. To find the construction date and much more, click on Property Record Card. On the left column, near the bottom, you should see "Act Yr Bt." That should give you the date.

Dear M.C. The best way is to go to their Web site, www.redhatsociety.com. You can search by city or ZIP code and find chapters that are accepting new members. We found several area chapters that are accepting new members.
