The emphasis is on value as Suzuki throws the options book at virtually every model in its range for 2004, with no increases in price.

There's a face-lifted and substantially revised Liana range and all Suzuki's 2004 models now come as standard with driver and passenger airbags, an ABS system with EBD (Electronic Brake force Distribution) and a radio with integrated CD player.

The latest Liana hatchback and saloon models can be distinguished by a new two bar grille, body-coloured side mouldings and bumper corner mouldings.

The biggest changes are saved for the cabin, however. A stylish new fascia features a metallic silver finish applied on the centre console, air vent surrounds and the door-mounted window switches. A new design of analogue speedometer and tachometer are complemented by a digital clock and outside temperature gauge display built into the top of the fascia above the centre console.

Revised front seat cushions are designed to provide greater support while the door pockets have been reshaped to increase the footwell width. The driver's seat now has a lever type height adjuster and a centre armrest is provided on automatic transmission-equipped models. …
