CONTRACTS

HONORS/AWARDS

LEASES

-- Victor Narusas, a vice president with Colliers Dickinson, represented the tenant Colomer USA in leasing 7,836 square feet of office space at 4160 Woodcock Drive from LNR Millenium Manager Inc.

-- Grubb and Ellis Phoenix Realty Group completed a lease transaction for 174,000 square feet of bulk distribution space at 5233 Commonwealth Ave. Bryan Bartlett and John Richardson represented the lessor, Winn-Dixie Stores Inc., in leasing the space to Jefferson Smurfit.
