Q: My hair is very static and flyaway at the moment. What can I do?

A: Static hair is sometimes caused by central heating at home or at work, also it could be that you are using too much shampoo. An intensive moisturiser applied to your hair twice a week should improve your static hair.

Q: I have a short haircut, it always looks brilliant when my stylist blow-dries it, but when I blow-dry my hair myself it always looks flat on the crown.

A: You may want to invest in some velcro rollers, about four would be enough. Dry your hair as normal, add a touch of hairspray and place the rollers into the crown, leave them in for about 15 minutes. After you have taken them out, run your fingers through to separate the hair out, that should give you some extra volume.
