A business centre is hoping to erect a "House Full" notice with the help of a new website.

The Innovation Centre, on Kirkleatham Business Park, is hoping to achieve 100pc occupancy with the letting of its last remaining available office.

The centre, which is based at a semi-rural location between Redcar and Middlesbrough, was set up by steelmaker Corus's regeneration body UK Steel Enterprise in 2000.

A final push is now under way to sign up the final tenant to the building, with a website that includes a virtual tour, maps, photographs and a price list.

UK Steel Enterprise area manager Simon Hamilton said: "The new website includes a virtual tour of the centre and its layout including reception areas, meeting rooms, the gym and sauna, that is free for tenants, and the one remaining office.

"The office is 1,789sq ft with good views on three sides and would be ideal for a business, possibly an architects or solicitors practice, coming in Tees Valley or relocating. …
