Apparently, she'll argue that you should spend more on good-quality produce that will last longer and make you savings.

Word is her publishers received the manuscript and doubled the print order.

5 One man to watch is Ian Pengelley (left). Born in Hong Kong, he trained in China, Thailand and Singapore before landing a job as the first head chef of E&O.

This month he opens Pengelley's restaurant and bar on the site of Monte's. …
