A Teesside business law firm, which continues to go from strength to strength, has now given its support to the Tees Pride campaign.

The Endeavour Partnership, based at Teesdale, Thornaby, is one of Tees Pride's new sponsors for 2005.

Founded in 1999, the firm has continued to grow. Over the years staff numbers have tripled to around 40, with seven partners now based at the firm.

Commercial and residential property development, commercial letting, acquisition and disposal of licensed premises, property sales, agricultural property transactions and corporate support are some of its areas of expertise.

It has worked with a whole range of local developers on projects such as site acquisitions and brownfield land deals for residential use.

Partner Julie Bruce heads up the employment team, with help from two assistants and a trainee.

They handle everything from complex stress at work and disability discrimination claims to employment policies, practices and procedures.
