Euell and Jeffers Have to Wait Turn

ALAN CURBISHLEY has told Francis Jeffers and Jason Euell to be patient.

The Charlton manager has upset the two big-name players by leaving them on the bench for most of the season.

The pair have let him know how disappointed they are and they are not the only ones to have spoken up.

Dennis Rommedahl is also unhappy at being on the fringe of the team, but Curbishley says they must put up with it for the time being.

He said: "I have got a couple of players who think they should have had more football and are disappointed.

"Jeffers has been knocking my door down in frustration.

So have Euell and others.

"They get an honest view.

They know I do things the right way and they get on with it.

"I know some of them are very frustrated, but they cannot do much about it.

Once the window closes that is it.

"It is a crazy couple of months we have got ahead of us. …
