Among the cases dealt with by Teesside magistrates on Thursday, June 30, were:

Danielle Paul, 21 , of Adelaide Grove, Stockton, fined pounds 100 with pounds 17 costs and banned from driving for 12 months for drink-driving.

Girion Choto, 44, of Mansfield Avenue, Thornaby, fined pounds 90 with pounds 40 costs and banned from driving for 20 months for drink-driving.

David Walker, 28, of Glentworth House, Middlesbrough, jailed for two months for breaching a curfew order and drink-driving.

AMONG the cases dealt with by Langbaurgh East magistrates on Thursday, June 30, was:

Brian Elderfield, 45, of Thirlmire Drive, Skelton, fined pounds 200 and banned from driving for 12 months and fined pounds 200 for driving without due care and attention.

AMONG the cases dealt with at Teesside Magistrates Court on July 1 were:

Anne Marriner, 36, of Wellington Street, Middlesbrough, jailed for eight months for theft.

Beverley Christine Dean, 45, of Beale Close, Ingleby Barwick, banned from driving for 36 months and fined pounds 1,000 with pounds 40 costs for drink-driving.

AMONG the cases dealt with at Teesside Magistrates Court on July 4, 2005 were:

Michael Lee Coates, 23, of Central Way, Great Ayton, banned from driving for 12 months and given an absolute discharge for driving without an appropriate licence, having no insurance, obstructing a PC and possession of a class C drug.

Wayne Michael McNeil, 27, c/o Birkhall Road, Thorntree, Middlesbrough, jailed for four months for breaching a community rehabilitation order and burglary with intent.

Andrew Gary Weightman, 18, of Westbury Street, Thornaby, banned from driving for 12 months and fined pounds 450 with pounds 50 costs for driving without an appropriate licence, having no insurance or MoT and having a poorly secured car battery.

Andrew Donnelly, 38, of Astonbury Green, Middlesbrough, jailed for six months for driving while disqualified, having no insurance and failing to surrender to custody. …
