So, naked men and women constitutes art, does it?

Mmmmmm. I'm from Teesside, so I'm quite traditional in my views. I'm not against nudity.

Not as often as I'd like, anyway. I've been to Baltic. There was an exhibition on. Of big rocks. I assumed I was just too vulgar to get it.

Other people stared intently at the rocks, and nodded sagely. The others all looked Arty. You know ( odd. They had scarves, and rucksacks. There was a lot of brown going on. There were hats. All of them wore glasses. They were all ugly. Ugliness seems to be the scar of intelligence.

The Journal is full of intelligent people, but they're ugly. Look at the photos.

People pointed at the rocks. They leaned to each other, and whispered conspiratorially. Cement Woman said to me: "It's just rocks". We agreed on the rockiness of the exhibition, and also that we should leave as quickly as possible. At which point one of my children decided he'd try and climb the rock. …
