Tynedale skipper Phil Belgian is set to return tomorrow but Blaydon captain David Guthrie is still a week away from his comeback.

Belgian missed for last week's Powergen National Trophy defeat at Moseley but he is expected to be fit for Tynedale's National Division Three North match at Kendal.

Jack Harrison is back in the squad after returning from a year in New Zealand, while Jack Smailes is available after missing last Saturday's tie.

There are slight fitness doubts about Scotland Under-19 winger Cameron Johnston who injured his back last week.

Blaydon are away to Darlington Mowden Park in Division Three and while Guthrie is probably one match away from returning after damaging knee ligaments, centre Matt Dehaty is out for the rest of the season following a broken leg in the Powergen National Trophy victory at Broadstreet last Saturday.

Croatian prop Ivan Nola is fit to resume in the front row and Northumberland skipper Ed Thorpe had a run out in the last 20 minutes at Broadstreet and looks set to resume at No 8.

In North Division Two East, Morpeth travel to newly-promoted Percy Park, where they will be looking to maintain their good start to the season.

They make one change to the side which won at Sandal last Saturday, with Stuart Hills returning in the centre which allows Alan Rogers to revert to full-back with Huw Jones dropping down to the bench.

Injury-ravaged Alnwick are still looking for their first league win of the season and travel to play Penrith.

Gary Herdman has his first game of the season for the first team on the wing and Chris Scott replaces the injured Chris Rayner at stand-off.

Dallas Allan keeps the prop position, following a sterling display last week but Alnwick still have eight senior first team players injured.

Northern have named a squad for their home Durham and Northumberland Division One game against Acklam.

Centre Paul Scott has recovered from a long-term ankle injury and is joined in the squad by fellow centre Nick Bird, who is also back to fitness following an injured arm.
