A mum has paid a loving tribute to her "beautiful, cheeky little girl" who has died following a brain tumour.

Ebony Louise Wilson, who was two-and-a-half, died last Friday.

Mum Chantelle Addison, 27, of Easterside, Middlesbrough said her daughter never stopped being happy throughout her life.

Ebony died at Newcastle General Hospital last Friday after being diagnosed with a brain tumour the day before.

Chantelle said her daughter was a lovable, out-going little girl.

She said: "She was very chatty, a little miss dancing queen, always telling people to smile.

"She used to always shout 'boyfriend' at all the fellas she knew.

"She was just a very beautiful, cheeky little girl."

Chantelle said Ebony loved watching her favourite TV programmes on CBeebies, eating biscuits and drinking blackcurrant.

She had just started doing skittles at St Thomas More School in her first step into education.

Chantelle said Ebony had a cheeky side too. …
