Two boys, 14 and 15, were attacked by baseball bat-wielding teens Jan. 20, while a 15-year-old girl was punched and shoved when she tried to help in the 6800 block of Old Kings Road South.

While they gave police details of the fight, none of the victims wanted any medical assistance for a variety of cuts and bruises, police said.

The two boys and girl told officers they were walking at 4 p.m. when a gang of four to six teenage boys "jumped" them, three of them grabbing baseball bats from a green Nissan and attacking, police said. Fingerprints lifted from the video game left behind matched a Southside man who had been arrested Jan. 18 on another burglary charge, police said.

A 44-year-old Southside man was arrested Monday on charges of sexual battery and battery after a 24-year-old woman was fondled and attacked Jan. 1 outside a home, police said.
