Jacqueline Owens lives in Middlesbrough with her husband Craig and daughters Rebecca, 12, and Natasha, six.

"WE used a little seat with suction pads on the bottom of it when Natasha was little. Because it had suction pads on the bottom of it, you could stick it to the bath and it wouldn't move. I think something like this would help you a lot, especially if it's a fear of slipping in the bath. I think ours was from Mothercare.

"Buy your daughter some bath toys that will distract her when she's going in the bath.

"It may be that she doesn't like getting her hair washed in the bath. If she is getting scared when the water goes on her face, try one of those shower caps with a lip on to stop the water getting on her face.

"I feel so sorry for you both and hope these suggestions help."
