I WISH to bring to the attention of your readers the existence of the TS Vindicatrix Association.

The Vindicatrix was a training ship based at Sharpness, Gloucestershire, where thousands of boys trained for the Merchant Navy from 1939 to 1966.

Our association is well established and each year we hold a reunion at Sharpness when several hundred attend. We enjoy a regular newsletter and many things have been achieved over the last 10 years in an effort to see the old ship and that period of our lives are not forgotten. …
