STARR'S MILL (7-3) AT WARE COUNTY (8-2)

Congrats Ware, you won the region championship. Your reward is a first-round game against a team that made the Class AAAAA quarterfinals last season. The Panthers will have one of the best passing attacks the Gators have seen this season, led by quarterback Robby Davis, a Navy signee. When Davis isn't throwing, Starr's Mill turns to running backs Brandon Witta and Greg Davis. Witta is the home-run hitter while the 235-pound Davis wears down defenses.

REDAN (5-5) AT CAMDEN COUNTY (9-1)

Redan started out the season 0-3 but rallied to win five of its next seven games. The Raiders struggled to score for most of the season, averaging 8.5 points per game in their first eight games, but scored 69 points in the final two games, thanks to senior Tony McCord, who tallied 305 total yards and three scores in Redan's final game. Camden, the No. 2 team in Class AAAAA, hasn't had those problems, outscoring teams 346-57. …
