Vent Your Spleen

Article excerpt

A recent ICM poll revealed the following: 52% Scots want independence from the UK, 58% English want England to break away from Scotland and Wales, 69% English want an English Parliament.

This is the worst crisis for the UK since it was formed 300 years ago. The three main parties are completely silent on the issue, while Labour and the Liberal Democrats have been busy fleecing the English for the benefit of Scotland and Wales and actively trying to break up England into nine regions. The Tories have not lifted a finger to help the English. They believe the Union is more important than the rights of the English. These three main parties may soon pay the price.

England will never gain equality with Scotland and Wales until it gets its own Parliament. David Cameron referred to Englishmen who want equality with the Scots as sour little Englanders who threatened the Union.

I have joined the recently-formed English Democrats Party. If you believe England and the English should have equal rights to Scotland and Wales, this is the only party to vote for. If there is no English Democratic Party candidate standing in your area you should consider standing for the EDP yourself. An English revolution could soon be upon us.

We were told our lights were going to be bigger and better because we had none last year. So please MC of Whickham, go and have a look at Prudhoe and maybe you will find Whickham's are quite nice.

AN, Prudhoe

I WAS watching Eamon Holmes and John Gaunt on the news this morning. They were discussing prisoners in jail receiving pounds 11,000 a year plus tax credits. …
