Among the cases dealt with at Langbaurgh East Magistrates' Court on December 8 were:

Andrew Thomas Marshall, 37, of Keilder Close, Redcar, banned from driving for three years and fined pounds 300 with pounds 40 costs for drink-driving.

Brendan Philip Gray, 24, of Hambleton Crescent, Marske, banned from driving for 18 months and fined pounds 600 with pounds 40 costs for failing to provide a breath specimen.

Craig Andrew Pearson, 19, of Starbeck Way, Ormesby, banned from driving for two years and fined pounds 100 with pounds 20 costs for drink-driving, having no insurance and driving without an appropriate licence.

AMONG the cases heard at Teesside Magistrates Court on December 11 were:

Christopher Raymond Rawlings, 28, of Pannell Avenue, Middlesbrough, given a two-month prison sentence and banned from driving for 18 months for driving while disqualified.

Leighton James Rawlings, 18, of Tollesby Road, Middlesbrough, banned from driving for six months and fined pounds 720 with pounds 200 costs for having no insurance and using a document calculated to deceive. …
